Pizza Hut manager says you should never order food from the store
In a viral TikTok, a Pizza Hut manager advises customers to order online rather than in-store to drastically reduce the price of their orders.
The TikTok starts with a dot from @privateliferula where the TikToker complains about ordering a $21 pizza from Pizza Hut. It then switches to user @c_shady who is walking around his store. She pretends to be the manager of Pizza Hut and urges people not to order from the store. “Pizza Hut’s manager speaks here. If you don’t want to spend $21 on a box of pizza, you can get it online for $11,” she says.
She goes on to say that customers should never go to the store to order pizza or they’ll “pay an arm and a leg for something.” [they’ll] pay half price online. Also, @c_shady explains that customers are not advised to ask for discounts over the phone, especially for chicken wings, as they will only receive what the store has already prepared.

The video, which racked up over 43,000 views on Monday, sparked a debate in the comments section where viewers disagreed with @c_shady that ordering online is cheaper.
“Online is more expensive,” wrote one viewer.
“Online is more expensive because of taxes and delivery charges. 21 turns into 30 very quickly,” a second commented.
“I think the best thing is to order online and THEN pick it up,” a third commented.
“Pickup is key. Most pizza chains have specials,” said a fourth.
However, many viewers agreed with the creator that ordering Pizza Hut online is cheaper.
“Facts must be cheaper on the website,” one person said.
“Order the facts online,” agreed a second.
“Yeah, just use this darling app. saved me about $20 every time I order something,” a third shared.
“Download the app. I get a large $9 pizza in the coupon section of the app,” a fourth commented.
Others completely ignored Pizza Hut and shared different pizza chains that they thought offered better deals.
“Domino’s has a $7.99 coupon for a box,” one shared.
“[That] it makes no sense what im gonna just go to the grocery store and buy pizza and wings then,” a second commented.
“Or 6 to small ceaters, I’m fine,” said a third.
